you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days
of the ship date with no restocking fee! Merchandise must be received in new or otherwise original
condition with all original packaging. Please call The Chess Store at
1-888-810-2437 to request a return authorization (RA) number.� The Chess
Store will not accept returns that have not been authorized and assigned a RA
number. To return a
product follow these steps:
1. Call our toll
free number to inform us that you would like to exchange or return a purchase
and to receive a return authorization number.
2. Place the
product back in the original (or similar) box and packaging.
3.
Mark the RA number on the box.
